First I'll start with some pics
So I was pretty satisfied with my APEX'i air intake on my SR20, and I decided to follow that up with another APEX'i product for my catback. I read some reviews and they all pointed me in the direction of the N1 Dual. I purchased it off phase2motortrend, which is where I get alot of my stuff, and it arrived a few days ago. Due to laziness I waited until today to install.
Installation went ok, but before anyone does this, I'd say it would be smart for them to check to see if they have all the rubber hanging braces before they start, so they dont have to make a run to autozone in the middle of the process, like I did (and yes, it was a literal run, as no one I knew was around to take me... 1.5 miles of fun fun fun!). WD40 or motor oil is a MUST, as hanging this monster pipe can get aggrivating without some form of lube for the bracings. This is also a 2+ man job (as these parts are a bit heavy and awkward), I did it solo but it took much longer than it should have.
The Good
------------------
-Sounds excellent
-Low end power (along with power over all) feels greater
-Well within acceptable sound range (which helps with pissy neighbors)
The Bad
----------------
-On a stock silvia downpipe with stock cat it nearly kisses your rear diff. This worries me quite a bit and I hope this distance increases when I get my Blitz 3 inch downpipe in tomorrow.
-Pricey when compared to the lighter APEX'i N1 (non dual) exhaust.
-Hanging procedure is a task and a half, but I'm sure this would change greatly if I had help.
