Arcade AI Always the same car?

I'm kind of dissapointed with the Arcade mode in GT5. (The GT4 one was astonishing better.)

So, i just did a race on my Nissan R89C, and all my 15 opponents were Toyota 7's.

I thought it was awkward and unfortunate to happen, so i tried it again, this time with my Bugatti Veyron.

All my opponents were GT by Citroen Concepts.

So my question is, does GT5 always choose one random car for the AI in Arcade mode, and that car is the same to all racers?

I did a race with my caterham and ended up with a good mix of R8s, ZR1s, SLS, etc.

When I go into Arcade and play on Advance on SSR7, my opponents were only GT by Citroen Concepts. This happens often. I don't know why. Only with GT by Citroen Concepts though. Few times there has been a good mix of cars but yeah, its weird.
