Arcade Racing Legends (Dreamcast)

This is one of a few new Sega Dreamcast games released in the last year or so and looks to be the best one. The game features many iconic cars from the crazy taxi to the KTM X-BOW and has unique 3D environments to race AI or another person on. Since the game is obviously not produced by a big budget AAA studio, there are a few drawbacks such as pop-in and similar driving cars, but overall Arcade Racing Legends seems to be a modern game that has a lot of Nostalgia.
