Arcade Time Trial Message (reset 4/14?)

I couldn't find anything in the chat transcripts from today on this or the board, so I'll ask:

When jumping on tonight for some arcade time-trials, I noticed a message which popped up with "4/14 23:00" being essentially the only part I could read (JPN version, LOL). I thought perhaps it was referring to the time-trial rankings being offline until then, but I set some top 10's and had the replays upload, so it wasn't that.

Perhaps it's referring to a leaderboard reset, similar to what we saw for Spec II?

Perhaps, since the arcade leaderboards are global, they want to give the player who just got the EU version and are about to pick up the US version a clean slate to work with. I'm all for it, and it gives me a great excuse to run some car/track combos again. I've got a ton of top 10's that I'd be losing, but I don't mind.

That's assuming, of course, that the message was in fact referring to a reset, LOL. (no idea what it says, which is why I asked in the first place)

Right. I've heard the rumor, too. I AM afraid it's true. You do have a ton of records and I've had fun trying to beat the ones with the 'Stang. Guess I'll have to start over.

LOL, just set a new one tonight at Suzuka East in fact!

Don't worry... the Mustang GT is gassed up and ready for a fresh board should that become a reality. :)

Much of the reason I think is they are still tweaking cars, as they fix bugs and tweak things much of the previous lap times the cars got potentially just become void. So everything is reset so no chance of impossible (impossible after the update) times remain on the leader boards.
