He crashed his on a british highway a couple years ago.

They are street legal in england, but it costs so much to certify a drivetrain and adhere to saftey standards that they are not legal for retail sale in the US.  There are a couple floating around with Exotic Titles, but they have to be restricted to meet Federal Air Quality Standards.

I really wish they had one as a prize car in GT3, but NFS got the F1, Porsche, Lamborghini, and a the M3.

Hi, I think there has to be at least one production car made for road use, for them to be excepted in the Le Mans race, So I guess  there is a few around somewhere.

NFS doesnt have the M3, they have the M5. Also NFS does not have the Lamborghini , or the McLaren license .They only have the exclusive Porsche license.

Hi A&F,

Over here in the UK there are a few Mclarens floating about, the problem is they have stopped making the things and everybody who has them,  keep on crashing them. Over in the countryside near Cambridge, this Guy's Mclaren Blew up in thousands of pieces when he hit a tree at 155 miles an hour. Both him self and his two passengers ended up Kentucky Fried Style.
A lesson to us all, hitting trees at 155 MPH is not big and certainly not clever.

Was in a showroom in the middle of London. It was metallic silver and i was told it was about 650bhp it was a damn sweet car!

What a bunch of idiots, if I payed close to million for that car, it'd stay in my garage. Either that, or I wouldn't go above 100mph unless I was in a race or something. Some people are so stupid.. going 155+? My god.. they deserved it.. could've killed someone else, like an innocent bystander.
