are there any rotory cars other than rx7,8

does anyone know if they will include the r100,rx2,rx3,rx4.Cause where im from,the drag races that are held here feature these cars.And let me tell ya,these cars are light weight,turbo charged and run high 7's to low8's a qtr mile.And mind you,these cars are street registered!
 
i hope they have some older rotors, they might seeing as they have datsun 510 and most likely KPGC110 (71 GTR). i reckon they most likely will have the mazda cosmo 110
 
All of the '7-series' racers had rotaries: 717C, 727C, 737C, 757, 767, 767B, 787, and 787B.

I don't know any Puerto Ricans that drive Camaro's. Not even on the island. I do however know a few thousand that drive AE86's. I was actually playing with the idea of buying one the next time I went to PR, then shipping it back to the US.
 
3/4's of the people in the U.S who are deep into Rotary's are from Jersey/east coast or Puerto Rico.

If that is your deal, then go for it. . . I would much rather have a Home brewed Muscle machine or a custom build Evolution 5 :D but that is my deal :D

Were you watching GRIP video or somethin'? I just bought vol. 3 and 4, and a guy built a Mirage into an Evo 5... :lol:

Actually, I had thought about that for a long time now, ever since I started my Miata way back when. . . But now with the intro of the Evolution 8. . . All I need is two wrecked Evolutions and a 97 Mirage :D
 
There's was a guy in PR with a Mirage with that Evo V conversion. I'm not sure what he actually had done to it, but visually, it was pretty damn close. I used to see him around town all the time.
 
this thread is suppose to be about rotors in GT4, not evo conversions
 
whydo evos always have to be the centre of discussion.I asked about rotors not bloody oil burning ,engine smokn,bloody evos
 
Rotories don't burn oil and smoke? I guess not... Not like they overheat like a ***** or anything.
 
If your rotary is burning oil, smoking, or overheating, you have problems.

Rotary's inject a small ammount of oil into the motor to be burnt off. Roughly a quart every 1500 miles, it depends on how hard the car is driven. It was designed to do this, it is nothing like a piston engine burning oil.
 
Even though there have been no screenshots of any of the early rotors, given the fact that GT4P has quite a few obscure early model japanese cars - I would be extremely surprised if the early RX's don't make it to the final cut.
 
Assuming some of the old bangers from GT2 get in there, we may see a couple of generations of the RX-7, and possibly the triple rotor 20B equipped Cosmo coupe (I do have a soft spot for that car).

I'd be fairly surprised if we saw anything earlier than that.

Here's a screenshot of some of the early model japanese cars in GT4P. The early RX's are almost certain to make an appearance if these cars are already included.

I said 'fairly'. Not 'very'.

I'd be fairly surprised because:
- they haven't appeared in any photos so far
- they're not exactly revered in the way that other older Japanese cars, like the original Skyline, 240Z and others are remember. I certainly remember them as fairly unpleasant handling, loud and unreliable.
 
they did state that they are going to add alot of older cars
