Since GT5 came out I really enjoyed driving the S2000 in stock or tuned form.
Also the Integra Type R (DC5) and Civic Type R (FD2) are fun to drive.
The V-Tec engines are just so nice and fun to drive with in my opinion.

I really like those cars IRL too!
At the moment I am thinking about buying a S2000 IRL.

Are there more Honda fans here?
If so, feel free to share your opinion! :)

My name says it all really :)

I'm a big honda enthousiast, have had several a while ago.
I don't play much gt5 anymore nowadays, but i spent a lot off time driving around every single one in the game

Nice to see more Honda fans! :)
Have you owned several Honda's IRL or in the game?

Heres another Honda fan. Our entire drag Team is based around hondas!

In real life I own a 91 Accord EX, nothing special, I Rebuilt the Engine, Trans and Suspension/Steering. The only things I added is a Free Flow Intake and Exhaust.
All in all I got a brand new car for $8 grand!

Honda said if I can get it to hit half a million miles they will give me a free paint job and body work:) Only 120K miles left!

In real life :)

Civic 96
Del sol 93
Civic coupe 94 and 95
Civic 06

All fully tuned exterior, interior, suspension, wheels. Engine not so much since it is not allowed in my country :s

Yup big Honda fan here. I've wanted a CRX/Civic ever since playing the first Gran Turismo. I would have one of those now if insurance wasn't a rip off.

I owned a Honda Motorbike, back in the early 1970s. Great to ride with lots of pep, but at a year old it developed a rumble, which took nearly 5 months to diagnose as a main bearing, after changing all kinds of parts by the useless garage. Honda UK were not interested for the first 4 1/2 months but when they eventually sent a guy out to look at it he identified the problem in minutes and the garage finally sorted it out. I've not bought a real Honda, car or motorbike, since.

The ones in the game are OK though!

I'm a fan of Honda performance, and CORRECTLY built Hondas .. Not the "yeah man I've done all kinds of stuff to my motor" guy, then you open his hood and there's some high heat spray paint and an autozone air filter.. I myself have an Acura Legend with a custom Ram-Air setup, I've bought the twin turbo setup ($1200) with some extra money, now I'm at a stand still until I can get the 1000cc injectors ($800) and new Pistons ($1100) but I'm not giving up on it and that's the main thing!! .. Then being as busy as I am and a single father, even though I have the knowledge to build it, unfortunately I will probably not have the time and will have to pay someone to do it :( .. With this being said and so this can STILL relate to GT5; in game I prefer the V6 Hondas and the Acura CL's over though civics and stuff.. I do love the '97 EK around a technical track, but for any track like High Speed ring or Monza I will use the accord or CL.

GT is what got me into Honda's.
Bullet proof reliability and exciting type-R's,I've always wanted a CRX.:)

Thanks for all the replies guys!

Is it not allowed to tune the engine in Belgium?
In the Netherlands it is allowed...

Huge Honda fan. Absolutely love Spoon Sports cars and praying the #18 Weider Modulo HSV-010 GT gets the GT500 crown this year.

No in belgium it is not allowed.
You can change an exhaust if it is not to loud and small stuff like airfilter and so on.
In the netherlands everything is allowed it seems.
You from the netherlands?

I'm not a Honda fan. :sly:
I see. :sly:

Yes, I am from the Netherlands. :)
I don't know a lot about rules on tuning engines, but as far as I know almost everything is allowed...
I could be wrong though.
A friend of mine just put a new engine in his Volvo 242 and he just had to get it checked and it was OK.
It even was an engine from a different brand I think.

I like the S2K and the EG chassis Civic. Why no more S2K
