Hello everybody!
I'm reaching the 50% of gt4 and I'm winning the jaguar xj9r le mans race car..is this car good for any race?I've won the pagani zonda race car..with missions(21-24)..where can I use it?
ps: do I need to win missions 25-30 to win a better toyota..or these are good enough?
 
To be honest its all down to personal opinion. I quite like the jag but it gets a hard time on many of these pages. You should try them yourself and see wich you like best, a classic example is the sauber vs minolta argument, alot of people say the minolta is better, and sure it is faster but i prefer the handling of the sauber and im a late breaker so the saubers brakes suit me a little better. Just find a car wich you find suits your driving style and race like you have never raced before!! :)
 
id also like to know about this toyota 7, it usually whoops the ass of my minolta. But im cant be boned doing the missions
 
I personaly like the Toyota 7, its cool especially seeing the turbos on the rear kicking out flames on a downshift, its got monsterous acceleration but it spins up very easily in the first two gears, not a problem if you have tc on but i prefer it all al fresco! its a goodhandling car to and looks pretty cool too, its not to hard to win either, i found those sets of driving missions one of the easyer bunches, again i think it comes down to individual preference. hope this helps

I've only driven my JAG a little so I'm NOT Positive...BUT it's most likely capable of Winning the Formula GT World series. I used a STOCK Sauber (NO Tuning / NO HP upgrades) with only a Tyre swap & Oil Change so the JAG can do it I think.

As to the TOYOTA 7...there's an EXCELLENT Write-Up to be found HERE: which you may find interesting.

I haven't reached 50% yet so I haven't tried driving the Jag yet. But I do know that when I am racing against one in my Minolta or Sauber the Jag is always right on my tail the whole race. At least the AI seems to be able to drive the thing competitively...

ABSOLUTELY!!! But "IF" and "ONLY IF" you pick a ride that's at least ONE CLASS below that of the race you've entered. "Most" but sadly NOT ALL of the "AI" have been improved over GT3. Some races are SO BAD however that I don't doubt that PD used at least two different teams to design the "AI."
Try the GTWC series in any of the JGTC500 rides & you'll see what I mean. 👍 ...O.G. :D
