The past couple times I have visited GTP I have received a pop-up stating something along the lines of "Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page?" as I try to enter the forums or any of the other links at the top of the page.

Has anyone else received this?
 
Could grab a screenshot of this the next time you see it?
 
Sure. Its just a standard pop up window, nothing fancy about it.

I tried to see if it would pop up again if I were to visit another site and then return.
But it didn't happen this time.
Next time it appears I'll take a screen shot of it.
 
This happens to me as well on occasion, it may just be firefox though.

Edit: Just happened again, I grabbed a screen.

That message is appearing probably because your Browser security settings are higher than normal. I'm not familiar with Fire Fox but I dare say that's what's causing your prompt. ;)👍

Yes, but it only does it sometimes. If it was browser setting wouldn't they go off every time?

Also, this has only started recently.
 
I did some research, and it looks like this may be related to a recent change in the Facebook widgets that are embedded in other sites (like what I was using). I've swapped it out with an image for now, please let me know if it still occurs.
 
3 more visits, and nothing yet.

-I'm using IE, so its not a firefox thang.

That would make sense since i've been getting it on facebook sometimes too. :odd:
