ARGH!! I can't get the final race

I am having a massive headache trying to get a car set up right to be quick enough for the final 725 tuners races on the S Class.

I have tried my entire arsenal of cars, but I have to put in a spot on perfect lap to even get 1 second on the lead cars and they are 14 seconds ahead, with 5 laps, its not going to be enough,

and suggestions on best car and set up?
