I am so close to 100%. I just finished off everything except for one Chopper Checkpoint. It's the Vice Point one near Mercedes' house. I've never seen a Sparrow around and thus, I haven't been able to do it. :mad:

Where exactly does it appear? Does it appear on the helipad at Mercedes' or what? I'm so pissed off that it is the only thing stopping me from getting 100%.
 
Directly across across the road from her house (east) is the white appartment blocks ..Somewhere in the middle of these is an opening that takes you through to the other street @ ethier side is wooden fences with loads of trees and grass..there is also a police bribe..
Go through there and turn left i believe and the sparrow should be sitting in the middle of the lawn..

No wonder I couldn't find it, I've been looking in the wrong spot. Stupid game guide. :irked:

Comming to think of it i think you turn right ..If you like i could grab a screen shot of the location..:)
 
Too late i done it allready :p on the top right of the screen is her house..
