Aristo / Lexus GS thread.

I guess i colected all Aristos and Lexus GS in the game, now its about time to pick one to become a drift machine. As i dont want upgrade them all, finetune and just then discover witch one have best drifting skills and performance numbers (HP, PP, Weight), i ask for the owners of these models: Witch one is optimal?
 
Im currently drifting almost all of the time with an Aristo 3.0v(dont remember if its spelled like that way)but all i can say its a beast drift machine..drifts awesome even with stock settings..and the tuning capabilities are huge(hp range 320-600+)
 
I don't like the look of it very ugly IMO :sly:
But drifts nice

I understand... all them are fugly when boned stock, but after i'd saw some lowsized models with decent wheels, i started to have a new opinion about that. Stills, drifting missiles are not built to be pretty, properly.
 
The 00 GS300 is the best of all. Most hp and they all have the same 53/47 weight balance at 1367kg. My 2 Aristo's only make 670 max. Where as the Gs300 makes 730.

What year do you have of the Aristo/Lexus GS? Because i would just get on with the Lexus Even though being 90% exactly the same.
Really,try to find the Vertex Edition GS 300 '00 because that's probably the better one

So far, by curiosity i tried the older one, the only Aristo witch is not 4 eyed on front, even knowing that wouldnt be the optimal. Also, i was afraid that the best answer would be the Vertex one (i have both, Lexus and Toyota), just because that rear wing is a pain for my eyes. If i get the wingless (not Vertex), will i lose too much?
 
Did you try the one I have in my garage? That thing is insane. I like it the best of them all.
 
Aristo Vertex, Slam it and turn that power up. 1 of my favourite cars without a doubt!
 
From my personal experience, the JZS147 (91 Aristo) is REALLY easy to do reverse entries and things like that. It's very stable and you can "flick" it, if need be.

The JZS160 can get some pretty nice angle but I personally (after driving both) prefer the early 90s model. Disclaimer: The tune of the vehicles can make a world of difference. So it, at that point, is trial and error.
 
The best will be JZS161 Lexus GS300 Vertex Edition (J) with max downforce you will have 681 HP, 1367 KG (53/47), 597 PP. If you will manage to get a 0 km GS300 (160 or 161) it will be able to do over 700 HP.

Aristo's don't have much HP. My V.I.P. style Aristo JZS161 Vertex Edition only has 613 HP.

The cars are exactly the same, how can one of them have more or less HP?
 
GS300 here. Aristo's max at 670. Gs300 will max at 730 with 785 ft lb of torque. The tune is the most important thing.
