who can explain exactly in an understandable way what ArmAngle is and what it does?

also what it should feel like or not feel like?

what is a recommended value for GT4, GT3, LMP1 ans LMP2 vehicles or any other vehicles?

(and yes I know Ackermann steering very well! i am into ****** RC cars for over 10 years!) but please need translation to in game FFB system!
 
I've found a low angle will give a tight centre and then get lighter the more you turn. High angle, lighter around the centre and then heavier the more you turn. I just try to find a happy medium so that I feel neither a heavy centre or heavy turning. I don't know if it's the correct way to set it but it works for me.
