Arta Nsx cockpit...13.7???

This is been bugging me for some time now, basically on the top of the wheel, just under the gear display there is a number that usually reads 13.7 or 13.2.
Does anyone know what it stands for?

My guess would be it's a wideband O2 sensor for measuring the A/F ratio.
