As relating to SE7, rational idea on its lateness

When patch 1.05 came out (Seasonal Event Patch) Pd said that they put in a extra cash bonus and were taking it out at the end of january. The general cash bonuses were added to races, but i think the SE's could fall into the extra cash bonus category. The se's are litterally an extra cash bonus for us, so maybe thats what they ment. I hope i'm wrong, but January's over, no seasonal events up yet... Se's may be gone for good :nervous:
 
I think we'll end up with one set per week, at reduced payout, starting when #6 finishes.

They gave us an update last week saying they will be updated weekly at a set time + or - a day. So, why would they then end them 1 week later? As many people have said, it's either a little late or they will update again next week. Just have patience and they will give us new content, whether through seasonals or GT Drivers Club.

Makes no sense. Why make an announcement of weekly events if you stop doing them a week later?

I could be completely wrong... but I thought it was the end of January 2012. I thought the intent was that they left the cash bonuses there for a year.
 
Could be that nothing is wrong at PD at all and everything is going according to plan. The plan that only they know about and which was only partially communicated in english. There's nothing on the news screen that promised these new weekly events would start immediately. Maybe there was only ever 6 SEs all along and they have to finish before the next things start?
 
When there's a thread literally one down from the top, why do some feel the need for another on the same subject?
