Assassin's Creed III Issues

I have a slight problem in ACIII, and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and/or knows what to do to rectify this. I have completed the main story missions, and I'm trying to obtain all of the collectables. However, in Central Boston, specifically, it says there is one chest still to collect, but there is nothing that confirms this on the map, and I've checked nearly every nook and cranny, and have yet to find it. Is this a glitch, or am I actually missing one, and what should I do to get it?

Already done. That's how I found the other two.

I have all the chests, as they showed up for me via chest maps. Maybe you didn't look at the map hard enough?
