i have an early ps1 with the gs port but the gs i have has no thing to plug in, it is an early one i think is there any way to hybridwith this gs ? if so plz tell me how p.s i bought it at wal-mart if that helps it was the only kind they had ( i have gt2)
 
There should be a clip off panel in the circled area. It worked for my Xplorer cartridge but I don't know if it is any good for your GS.
 
yep there are variations of playstations without anything there
fraid its either swap it for one with a clip
sell it and buy one

i used to have one and swapped it with one with a clip

Wait - you have a Gameshark, or a Sharkport? The two are different things.

A Sharkport connects via USB, which the PS1/PSOne doesn't have.
 
he means a gameshark port

trust me the later versions of the bigbox playstation have this port blocked off completley

unless you took it part and see if it has had a new case on orsummert they may be a port coverd up

now thats what i shuda thought
more likely it will be under the casing on the bac left handside
and just sealed becuase it needed a new case?@?
