As this may sound crazy 
but it almost seems that if u race in one of the many events in either A-spec or B-spec modes, and then win the event and go to the ucd, a rare car or cars may appear! Here's how it goes:
Let's say u want a RUF Yellowbird, and u got the funds 4 one, all u have to do is..
1. Either a or bspec in the supercar event and either win or come second, have the selected car in the race, and/or enter and then leave the race.
2. After your choices then when you are finished, next go to the ucd and browse through the cars, if it not there, try the event again.
If u do see the desired car...... GET IT!!!! DUH!
It is a random thing that's happens sometime(Dang the evil side of the UCD and JUSTIN!
) but with patience and redoing the event or events, the cars that u want will be there waiting.
If anyone have found any solutions like this, let me know. Together we all can get our rare cars and own "JUSTIN" LOL!
