When I plug my PS2/XB into the little connector things that go into the HDTV Wonder, there is a slight maybe .5 second delay in video. I will tap a button and then a lil bit later I will move. Anyone know a way to fix this?

How fast is your processor? Processor speed is the main culprit for lag.

Either check your processor speed, or lower the resolution of you TV input picture.

3.2gHz, all coming out of the computer through a 9800XT. Should not be the problem...
It didn't do it on the 9700AIW, or any of the older ones, just this. It's very odd.

Hmmm.. Overlay control ?... Somewhere there will be a little tick box with something like "enable overlay" or something similar...

Have you tried DScaler ?... Works wonders with the signal - and with a 3.2Ghz, you can really use the heavy effects !... I use it with my crappy TV Card and will not be able to live without it !....
