I'm curious though, if anyone has gotten it, whether FFB is better or anything? It said something about improved FFB algorithms or something. I wonder how significant that is.


EDIT: I decided to go ahead and do it, and that was a bad decision. It pretty much broke my GT2. It wouldn't do anything, it wouldn't go into PC mode, it wouldn't go into PS3 mode, and it wouldn't go into X360 mode. I did it a second time and followed the directions to the letter, and still nothing. So I had to spend about an hour reflashing the old 681 firmware, and the old drivers. I will definitely wait for the public release version.

I think the update software is horrible, but I got 750B on my CSR. It's not bad, I think the force feedback is a bit stronger, ACL is neat, but I don't turn it on often...that's about it.

v742 made my CSR Elite pedals jumpy, v750 cured that and it all works just as well as v737 I don't notice a difference in playing with the same settings but I'm sure it's improved.

Wheel seems to work fine, feels very different though! I'm not sure if it's because I might have forgotten my previous setup. Feels very good though, somehow more real-car-like to me with the current setup I'm using Might be a "placebo effect" though. Nevertheless, feels good!

Only thing that worries me is that I got one random wheel disconnection, have to see if it'll happen again!

Just to inform you - haven't had any issues whatsoever with the 750 firmware on the GT2 since I installed it! 👍
