GT6 starts to demo races when its left to its own devices in the main menu (it is enough to open the START MENU to prevent it). That's basically what I know.

So... maybe someone has more.
- Are these a bunch of replays, or races without user input?
- If they are generated from some constraints, what are these constraints?
- (a rhetoric one) Can you then setup a similar race and have a go yourself?

They aren't replays - they appear to be a demo of the game. I think you could recreate the car fields used, if you wanted, by completing the races in the offline career.
