Or a Level 21 ticket (which would be a little easier as there are less cars). Do you know how to back up a save file to allow you to try a ticket till you get the car you want by using a USB thumbdrive?
I have a Level 21 ticket that I would be willing to send you (will be a couple of days before I can send it though) and all I ask for in return is to have a copy of the same ticket sent back to me. Just let me know if you are interested.
Of course, if you don't have any DLC, replays, pictures, tracks, and a reasonably small save file, you can also attempt the Permanent Borrow Glitch. Apparently, it still works.
