Currently got Bob winning the Sarthe II 24 hour event. I have a stage 4 turbo in there so I know it will do 240 mph down the first long straight. I decided to put bob on fast then push with over take enabled to see just how fast he would go. With no other car on the straight he took it up to 220 and did a hard left into the wall about midway down the track. He continued with the wheels turned hard left until the car came to a complete stop. I had to put bob back to steady with over take enabled before he would continue. This ever happen to anyone else?
 
Try raising the suspension, its something to do with the B specs poor skill and the large bumps, it jsut veers left. The R8 is the worst car but the bentley, polyphony 04 etc all do it.
 
its a known bug, search for it and i think theres some remedies

Welcome to glitchy GT4, in my opinion, you have got off lucky, I didn't
I was racing with my Pescarlo C60 '04 and...well here's the full story:

does he turn when the chicanes are in the other le mans track?
if so it could be the AI getting the tracks mixed up and trying to go around the bends.

I don't think I've seen anybody ever reporting it happening on Sarthe I, the version with the chicanes. The general consensus of opinion is that PD blew the coding with the AI on Sarthe II and they are, as you said, looking for the turns.

lol im on le sarthe 24 hour 1 at the moment. i ran out of fuel about 1/4 of the way around the track and the pescarolo unlapped himself and overtook me as i was forced to cruise back to the pits at 50mph :scared:
