Audi R8 or Toyota GT-ONE

Anybody have either of these cars available for sale or trade? I have been waiting FOREVER and can't seem to find them in the used car dealer. The Audi R8 I am looking for is the Le Mans 2001 Team Joest version (yellow or red). Thanks
