JR98 GAMING
The original Audi S4 was first introduced in 1991 and was the high performance version of the new C4 Platform Audi 100 4 Door Saloon. It was designed to replace the Audi 200 Quattro Turbo that was discontinued in 1990. It is commonly reffered to as the UrS4 (Ursprünglich meaning original in German). One of the most notable owners of a C4 S4 is Ayrton Senna, who owned a silver S4 Avant and was the Audi distributor for Brazil at the time. In 1992 Audi offered a more powerful model, called the S4 Plus, which used a new 32V 4.2 V8 engine instead of the 20V 2.2 I5 in the base S4, and was built in very small numbers. The S4 Plus' V8 engine produced 276 BHP and was available with just a 6 Speed Transmission and was available in Saloon & Avant bodystyles.
