Ok i wasnt quite sure where to post my question ao i figured here would have to do but

Does anybody kno of a free web audio host....i tried Yahoo Briefcase but the URL for the audio is never consistant and changes with each visit....and remember FREE...im not willing to pay for it...
 
hmmm... I think it's against something to post a link, but I'm betting that you can find one easily if you use google or another search engine
 
i tried google its not very helpful

and u-send-it isnt a web host or atleast isnt the kind im looking for

something like photobucket.com or imageshack but for music and sound files
 
You send it is a web host, just don't complete the email part.
 
it only saves it for 7days i need something more permanant and as for searching on google ive tried it
 
double post i kno i kno but i found one...its pretty good but it says files are only saved for 30 days if unused though im using it to store BGM for my website so i guess aslong as the url is accessed through my site it wont delete the file

o ya the site is SAVEFILE.COM
 
ok well i checked them out further and they arent what i'm looking for...

Wait .. so you're trying to store background music for your website? Why can't you just upload it with the rest of your site?
 
I use www.freewebs.com for hosting. I create a website in like 3 seconds with their web builder, and then just upload file to it! The only catch is, you have to wait 7 days after you register to upload files bigger than like 300k
 
I use www.ripway.com

The file can't be bigger than 5mb though. But you can upload any kind of file.

Can't agree more. 👍 I hate it when I have my own music playing already and then the background music many time just ruins it. :yuck:
