Hey guys,

I have been running some race rooms over the last few weeks since the last update for xp and cash came out, and been restricting the races based to a similar system as the Touge battles on Best motoring. if you would like to join in and have some clean fun, the main guys I race with and myself like good clean battles, we do still however turn full penalties on to avoid any unwanted torpedo'ing etc.

The room will be named: Aus Touge Battles (I'll post the room number up when I load it @ 10pm Aus eastern time tonight)

the classes are as follows (no restriction on parts etc other than stated)

Touge 200 class

205hp or less
900kg or more
sports hard tyres (restricted to)

Touge 300 class
307hp or less
1000kg or more
sports medium tyres (restricted to)

Touge 400 class
405hp or less
1100kg or more
sports soft tyres (restricted to)

Touge unlimited (not really unlimited) class

606hp or less
1200kg or more
Sports soft tyres (restricted to)

Use any car you want, any drive etc etc, to give everyone more freedom and hopefully create some interesting races. Race modifications are not allowed, this is a tuner battle!.

FR me on PSN Jontank5 aus gamers only for FR's please, see you online later tonight:crazy:

I'm keen to participate but making it "any drive" will mean there will be no cars other than 4WD competing. While it is just for fun, never coming close to winning due to drivetrain disadvantage takes away a lot of the fun and competition.

I think you're definatley right, I think restricting the class racing to FF, FR, and MR / RR and awd might help even it out alot.

I am more than open for suggestions guys, so go nuts, got bob doing 24hrs le-mans currently so I won't be racing online until weds night......

I'm interested in joining up. Once we can get it going, I don't mind helping out in organizing more of this. I'm all for the Touge man!

Sounds good, I'm looking at setting up a low HP racing series myself. I think there's a lot to the challenge of getting good speed + handling out of a lower HP car. I'll send an FR tonight.

Oh, my MR-S 5MT just missed the mark, I built it based on the Technopro Spirits MR-S. Too light, 882kg.

I'm interested to join, are these battles still going?
