According to PS Store US (https://store.playstation.com/#!/en...tion/cid=UP9000-CUSA03220_00-GTSPORTDIGIDELUX), the DDE includes "60 PS4 GT Sport Themed Avatars - Based on selected GT Sport featured vehicle".
But on the PS Store AUS (https://store.playstation.com/#!/en...tion/cid=EP9001-CUSA02168_00-GTSDX17PSNPREORD), there is no mention of this.
However, it seems to be included with the Steelbook Edition at JB Hi-Fi (https://www.jbhifi.com.au/games-con...an-turismo-gt-sport-steelbook-edition/963450/)
From what I've checked, there's no mention of PS4 Avatars x 60 mentioned in the PS Stores of UK, or GER either.
