Here's my question:

Is there any sort of program/extension that would allow me to add "Copyright [my name]" text to the corner of a large batch of images? Usually, I 'm working with 50-200 large size images, and I'd like to start labeling them this way, as a theft precaution and a sort of free advertising. I could, of course, just manually do this in photoshop or whatever, but being able to do it all at once in a fairly automated process would greatly speed things up.

Hmm... I suspected something like this, but seeing as I'm photoshop-less (only have PS Elements) I guess I'm outta luck, at least as far as that method is concerned.

I did something similar to what you want to do using Photoshop's built-in Batch feature years ago. You basically have to do the specified action one time to record it and then simply run it against all the other files. However, I did this with Photoshop 5.5 so I have no idea if it is still built-in or not (I would assume it is).

This might help to explain what I'm referring to:
Actions and Batches: The Automagic of Photoshop - WebMonkey

I hope that helps.

EDIT: Quickedit is such a fantastic new feature of GTP...
