Automatic Sign Out?

Is there an auto-sign out feature on GTP?

The reason I ask is because every time I go for a smoke or actually do some work away from the site I'm prompted with a sign in page on my return.

I should state that I'm not on my regular PC this week so haven't saved my password and user name to Firefox for security reasons.

There is no problem signing back in it's just a bit of a hindrance is all.

I've never had this problem with my other PCs that I use and I assume it's because I have GTP details saved onto the browsers of those others.

Any one know why this is happening?
 
If you don't tick the "Remember Me?" box when you sign in, you will be signed out of your account automatically if you do not interact with the site for 30 minutes. If you do tick that box, you will remain signed in indefinitely with that browser or until the browser's cookies are cleared.
 
Thanks Jordan, I thought that may be the case. I wasn't sure if it was the browser causing problems or an automatic sign out. That clears things up. 👍
