The theme: Compact - small/compact car.

The rules:

-Each competition's voting will end on a Friday at 6pm GMT. This gives chance for people to engage in religious activities, rest and time with family on Sunday. (Deadlines near bottom).

-Entries must be in by 6pm on a Wednesday, no exceptions. If your work is not submitted by then then you must wait until the next week.

-All entered photographs
must have been taken between January 2008 and the present day.

-Enteries must be posted as a thumbnail without extending 400pixels on the longest side. Full sized images may be no larger than 900pixels on their longest side.

-You must only submit your own photographs, do not post anyone else's wheter from the internet or if someone you know took the photograph.

-Any watermark you place on your image must be in any corner of the image as long as it does not obstruct the subject of the image.

-Only one photograph per person. You can not change your entry.

-You must not vote for your own photograph when the Poll is up. Only vote for a photograph taken by another enterant.

-The photograph must be submitted with the following information: Subject, Location, Date and Camera used.

-Levels, Curves, Colour Balance, Brightness/Contrast, Hue/Saturation, cropping, or anything else capable in the development process or with filters and common special lenses are allowed to use in Photoshop or other image editing softwares. Other adjustments and effects are not allowed to be used in your picture.

-No HDRI shots allowed



For competition #28 entries must be in by Wednesday 18th March at 6pm GMT.
The poll will be up at 6:30pm GMT on this day and will end on Friday 20th February at 6:30pm GMT.

I'm not a fan of Peugeots, but the photo makes the car look very nice.

It's razorsharp and the toning and lighting make the car really blend in. Composition is also excellent.

The first thing that came to my mind when seeing your picture was that it could fit right in a brochure for the car. 👍

Bah. The one week there's a theme I could actually go out and shoot is the one week I have no time whatsoever. Back to the last resort...

You will never have to worry about receiving a Fiat 500 photograph from me, as I've only ever seen one, an original, at an Autoshow. ^^;

I looked on the list of cars for the event, but unfortunately it doesn't list this specific one. Only two GTV's from Ontario, and another from Quebec. It doesn't really surprise me, as they spelt it "Alfa Romero" more than once.
 
Sorry for the POLL not going up. I'll have to extend the entries to two weeks. This is for both competitions, I will not/can't enter...
The themes will stay the same, but you may change your entries once if you wish, due to the deadline extension.

I'm really sorry about this, the reasons are beyond my control.


Deadlines for both competitions will be Wednesday 25th March.

Again, I am very sorry for this - I have to go now until Tuesday night, so I'll be back online then.
