I know this, this is a marketplace for trading cars. Maybe someone doesn't have enough credits to buy one but has other cars he has that would like to trade for one. The marketplace isn't just for cars from the Used car dealership.

I have 2 Scuderia's, I would like to get rid of one of them, and someone could give me something less value that I don't have. And what do you mean about "it's easier to make the $302k than it is to get back that trading spot?"
