Avatar Creator?

I was thinking about the possible new features and noticed that here:

It states that the blu-ray versions come with 60 PS4 Avatars... so I was thinking that you might be able to use the preview image of your car as a PS4 Avatar...

I plan on using screen shots from photo mode as my avatar when the game comes out, but I am curious to what the 60 look like.

60 PS4 avatars. I don't have a PS4. Are PD refwring to mainly PS Store avatars?

It'd be different if it read "60 GT Avatars".

I'm not really sure where the confusion lies here, it's pretty clear. Avatars. For PS4. PS4 Avatars.

Why would you be able to make your own? It'd be pointless offering them as a bonus if you could.
