Avatar Help

I was sitting around today and decided I was beginning to get quite bored with my avatar. I flipped through the 21 pages of 'tars and just didn't find anything I liked. I want to have an avatar made of a certain picture. So, I was wondering if any of you nice people here would be so kind as to create a new avatar for myself. You could try to tell me how to make my own but, I'm going to tell you right now, most people on this board are very computer savvy but I am certainly not one of them. I dropped out of freakin' CPT 101 (a basic windows class). So will some reliable person here create an avatar for me. It's a certain picture off a website and I really would like to have my own unique pic.

I made two for you. The first is just a resize and the second I cropped so you could see the image a lot better.

Note: This particular avatar initially looks the same as the one I posted above, but the rectangle behind the text is actually transparent, so it'll take on the same color as your post background, the same way that the corners of my avatar do. (That's also why it's a PNG instead of a JPEG)

WoW!!! All of these look really great!!! But the question is, how do i get it to be the avatar.

I may ask ya'll to make another one for me when Graham Watson posts all of his Tour de France (which starts on July 5) pics. This man takes really good cycling pictures. I have a photo editing program called "photo impressin 4". It has a resize button where you can reduce the pixels and make it real small, but i don't know how to make it the actual avatar.

Well, It's all layers. Just resized the canvas, and added a new layer that has properties to expand accross all the frames. From there, you can simply add what you will, optimized, shrink down, and export.

Could you tell me how I could downsize an animation from 50kb to 30kb so I can use it here?

Start taking out colors..., and additional frames if need be.
