AVI videos no sound (details inside)

I have 2 different AVI files as follow

File 1 SOUND
Xvid
12 bit
1212 kbit/s
23 frames/s
Sound
MPEG Layer-3
173 kbit/s

File 2 NO SOUND
Xvid
24 bit
1159 kbit/s
23 frames/s
Sound
MPEG Layer-3
178 kbit/s

Anyone have any idea why there is no sound on File 2? Everything works fine on my PC. The problem is only on my PS3.
