Sorry if this has been asked before; didn't see the thread if it was.

Anyway, when I try to take my X1 to High Speed Ring, I notice that if I attempt to go in a straight line, the FFB makes the wheel turn left and then right and then back left again in a rapid fashion. Anybody who has a G27 knows exactly what I mean. Is there anything that you can do to stop this from happening? Would turning power steering on help? Thanks for your answers.

Are you running the most up-to-date version of GT5? This problem was reduced in a patch (v2.04) a while ago... it is not perfect now, but a lot better than it was.

"The initial force feedback of Logitech steering wheel controllers when driving formula cars, has been made milder, and was adjusted to make it easier to drive in a straight line.

Applicable controllers: Driving Force™ GT, G25 Racing Wheel、G27 Racing Wheel, GT Force®Pro, GT Force®、Driving Force™, GT Force®RX and Driving Force Wireless

Applicable cars: Red Bull X2011, Red Bull X2010, Ferrari F10, Ferrari F2007, Formula Gran Turismo

My solution is to not drive the X2010/11 cars but could either turn the feedback down to 1 or just unplug the power to the wheel.
