[B]Help making 1995-2010 B-Day tickets[/B]

While I have the understanding of how to make B-Day tickets for 1942-1994 and I have most of the others in my collection, I dont/cant figure out how to make minor acct tickets. I tried searching the boards, found some info, not much really helped me out. Can someone link me to a walk-thru or give me step by step directions,,,,Please? I just want to be able to spawn my own 1995-2010 tickets.
