Just wondering if there is anything I can do to actually help my retarded driver.

I gave him a car with 250 bhp more than the other drivers in the race yet he can only manage 6th place. He has the blue up arrow on his portrait aswell. But just cant seem to do anything well at the moment.

Anyone got any tips on how to maximise his performance?
 
Overpowered cars + (the most important thing) the best possible tyres for the event 👍
 
What level is he, giving him an overpowered car if he is low level will always fail unless it is a Red Bull or F1GT. You need to babysit them for the first few races.

He is currently lvl 11, gave him the enzo for the Professional Series Supercar Festival.

Could it be perhaps the series that he is in... eg. just moved into professional from amateur where he was acing almost all the races he did?
