Not sure how to contact PD about the excessive car damage during this race. The first time I ran it with the FGT I noticed damage to the front wing after it got light out and just brushed it off as part of the race. No big sweat. The second time I ran it I noticed severe damage to the rear wing pushed heavily to the left. Was thinking "what in the world could he have hit that would have caused that much damage". Then I rode "on board" and during a pit sequence saw how it was happening. That quick left right jog entering the pit was tossing the car up against the barrier. Many of the other cars showed the same damage so I don't think it was the set up I was running. Watched the Speed 8 do the same thing. I'd like to run this race again in the future but am reluctant to because of what it is doing to the car. Is there any way to let PD know about this? Can't imagine it would be that hard of a fix.
I used the search function but found no threads to see if this had been mentioned. If I missed it please delete this. Thank you

As far as I can tell, none of that damage has long term effect. You can rebuild the chassis, and the moment you race it again, it will show it needing rebuilt. I have one FGT I use for B-Spec grinding, and I can see the engine HP going lower after each long race, but lap counts seem to be fairly constant with only minimal reduction. I have never bothered to rebuild the chassis, but may at some point when I am done grinding.

By the end of the race I guarantee whatever car you use will need a full rebuild 99 times out of 100. This will happen regardless of this pit entrance. He will run into lap traffic and collide with them far more often.

That's just what damage looks like on Standards. It goes away after the race. If you want, you can always rebuild your cars at GT Auto.

I only recommend doing the engine overhaul if an Oil Change isn't enough to get your BHP where it should be. If you take your cars on a smooth, flat surface and if you are getting bumps when you shouldn't be--then a chassis repair is in order.

They can be pricey fixes, most expensive race cars (RedBull X2010, FGT, LM, etc) price those repairs at 500,000cr each, so you better make sure you really need it if you're about to drop a million.

Thanks for the replies. I realize the damage goes away visually. I have no problems with damage incurred mixing it up with other cars. That's probably why the type of damage, and how it is happening bothers me. I just won't run the race anymore than I need to.

Spend $500,00 on chassis repair after a race that you don't win anywhere near that amount. As the old saying goes...Poverty is owning a race car.

i dont think its crucial to do a chassis repair every time. i think ive done it once... i dont notice that significant of a drop in handling or w/e to justify me dropping so much cash. maybe if i was going up against someone that was ridiculously good and i needed every possible advantage to take him on. aside from that, makes no difference.
