B-Spec Cool drivers to passive?

Just did the Japan Super GT event in suzuka rain with Super GT Nissan Z '06, put a turbocharger in it, i should be 50BHP or more stronger than any other car, but everytime i ask him to pass, he comes 2-3 meters to the side of his bumper, and he just slows down, like he is afraid of even trying to pass?

Anyone else experienced cool drivers are -WAY- to passive? Dont even bother to block a car behind them, a lvl 21 driver shouldnt act like a frightened 5 year old. Why should i need 200BHP+ to beat my opposition?

Its getting to the point where i dont even want to bother with b-spec anymore, breaking at points they dont need to, slowing down 5-6 seconds when moving the bar 2cm?

Please rewrite the AI for B-spec drivers, they are utter ****e.

i havent played enough b-spec to propperly comment, but im just doing a race now on cape ring and ive just left him along in a race modded tuscan (way over powered for the race) and he is doing laps 3 seconds SLOWER! than a chrysler crossfire...

i have to keep upping his pace as it keep dropping to cool and he slows down too much.

Well i can see the need for a more powerful car at the start, but hes level 21 already, and is afraid to pass, its idiotic to say the least.
 
I knew it was worth taking a guy with the temper in the middle of the scale when I started. I always think of my Bob as a bit of a Schumacher lol, gets too hot at times but a good driver:)
 
i think that would be good at the start, but later on when its more even field that will only work against you.
 
I haven't had too many problems with Bob so far... except for the fact that he can't see in the dark.

Watching him play "car pinball" around SS5 makes me laugh, cry and yell in equal measures :(
 
my bob is like that.. he will have a car about 150hp more then any1 else and he would be flying down the straight doing about 60kph faster then the car infront of him, so i get him to overtake.... what does he do??.. he brakes hard into the car infront of him instead of calmly overtaking on the side....
if he has the racing line he will move out of the way for some1 to easily pass.

and at daytona in the same car same tyres same setup i will do the same speed around the corners as he does on the straight....

theres also his random braking on certain tracks he will brake for no reason at all losing a lot of speed and about 3 to 4 cars will pass him when he does it ....each lap.....
 
Mine keeps doing that on the truck race at daytona. Really annoying me now.
