Hi folks, I am just posting my first message in the forum to say hello.

Can anyone explain why the "Class" of a B-Spec driver on the drivers details screen always seems to be ahead of the "Level" they are currently at?

I have been levelling up to get to level 40 on one of my drivers and should be there later today. The I will return to more mixed racing again on-line and in A-Spec.

I see some folks saying they are using the new remote racing and B-Spec heavily and would like to pair up with others who make their drivers available on-line. I have 3 drivers available for B-Spec and online remote racing now and will make the others available when I have got past level 40 and done the final 24 hour race in the Endurance series.

💡 If anyone wants to add level 30 and above drivers to their remote racing just send an invitation to "anaurora".

Hi all
I searched this forum for similar posts but this is the only one I could find adressing my question as well, so if I zombified the post, my apologies :-)
Prior to 1.07, my B-spec seemed to level-up and class-up in unison; now it classes up much faster than levelling up. What is the difference between "Class" and "Level" in GT-speak as the level gives you access to higher race categories, but the class seems to do, well, nothing?

Ditto the above. I got my second Bob up to level (class?) 25 and thought 'great I can now run him in the enduros', only to find out that the B-Spec level was only 24! I'm sure this didn't happen with my first Bob. I also couldn't find any answers here or online. :grumpy:

It's not much of a problem as I just keep racing him until he is, but I'd like to know why it's changed.

Add me I have several drivers that I make available ranging from 31-40. I will be finishing my last 24 hour race early tomorrow so after that 5 out 6 B.O.B's will be shared.

Peace

Your DRIVER CLASS, is the number shown on your B-Spec driver's profile, underneath there is a little bar filling up. The driver class shows how good the driver is.
This can reach a maximum of 40.
Your B-SPEC LEVEL is just like your A-Spec level, but for B-Spec obviously.
Hope this helped :)
