B-spec driver losing speed and strength

I have a lvl 30 b-spec driver, he has been unhappy for days. I have no idea how to make him happy and now instead of solid bars he seems to be losing speed and strength, the bars are turning stripey from the right to the left.

I'm guessing he is so unhappy he is losing these, is this true? How the hell do I stop it? :nervous:
 
Did you check his career bar? Is it full and therefore time to retire him?

I have a level 32 Bob and he has yet to reduce any of his attributes.
 
Career bar is 3/4 full

Why would you ever retire one, he has to get to lvl 40 and beyond doesn't he?
 
I've read several posts where people say there drivers are maxed out and only start to lose their poise and concentration and the only thing to do is to retire him.

What I've been able to understand from those posts is that there is nothing you can do once he starts on that downward spiral. He's pretty much done for.

I have a driver who is on level 15 right now
 
Guess that's why you can have 6 drivers. So you always have new drivers coming up to replace the old decrepit ones that have "lost it".
 
Wow, I was totally unaware of this little feature. I'll be checking all my driver's career bars tonight.
