B-Spec drivers levelling up.

I am currently lvl40 B-spec but none of my 6 drivers are lvl40! I've had 2 drivers on 39 for ages now and the rest are in the high 30's. Is it the case that once you reach B-spec lvl40 your drivers can't level up anymore? Seems that way with mine. Thanks in advance for your answers.👍

It just takes exponentially longer for each level and the more guys you have the more that experience is spread out. I currently have 4 lvl 40 b-spec guys with a 5th at 39 and a 6th at 36. Now that these non level 40 guys are available to me again (thx Sony!) I can run them in overnight endurance races and get them to level 40 now.
