not sure if this has been discussed but lately ive been finding my main B-spec driver, L.Wang (level 32) has been starting off races with only about 80% strength....then I checked his attribute bars and noticed there is a different design on a portion of some of his bars, maybe signifying that he is regressing...

anyone else come across this?

It is definitely possible. If their stats start to go down it's time to retire him and hire another driver.

Oh great my Top Driver is at Level 31

So 32 isn't someting i'm looking forward to if he drops his stats i'll Virtually Kill him :grumpy:

All drivers will start a race from a pitstop with reduced strength in an Endurance race if they have already raced and this is their second or more stint. Because they don't have enough time to fully recover from the last stint. Is this what you mean?

no. L.Wang is the first driver so he starts on the grid (or rolling grid) and his strength isnt 100%

What does his experience bar look like? And does anyone know how that bar works. It is not the total experience of the drive as I have a level 15 driver who has a lower bar than a level 13.

I think the bar might have to do with how many game days you have had the driver. They might only be good for so many days (no testing to confirm this yet) and then start to regress.

My highest is 35, experience bar is around 50-60% if I remember right and I haven't experienced this yet. Does anyone know exactly what the correlation is between the experience bar and the driver's skills regressing? Assuming they actually do of course.

The time a driver has before he needs to be retired depends on how many races that driver has completed, not what level he is. It's not like automatically at Level 40 your driver starts to go downhill. I think it would be better to level a driver as quickly as possible by putting him in difficult races.

Well my highest driver is Class 39 atm, and he is still improving so, I guess your just unlucky or something.

Maybe there is a hidden ability, that tells when your bob will start his regression, so some gets into lvl 40 before doing it, while others already does it at lvl 30?
