B-Spec Endurance Events

Just a few quick questions so I don't have to worry about leaving only to find out I'm in last when I come back:

-What does pit strength mean?
-Will my driver go into the pit stop automatically when he needs?
-When drivers are switched, does the total amount of xp get divided between the two?

I think that's it, any other tips would be greatly appreciated. :)

Pit strength is an auto pit feature
It means when your bobs strength reaches that percent he will pit.
As for experience it has to do with how long they drove so if bob A drives longer than bob B; bob A will get more experience.
Use over powered cars with bobs.
If you have problems search the site for tuning setups they are out their for almost any race.
 
I just set it to zero. This means Bob will keep driving until he has run out of fuel or his tires wear out.
