Correct me if I'm wrong but what is the point in B-Spec?

The idea of actually doing B-Spec is so you can manage a team to victory? So why why why are my team deciding to do random pit stops? Should I not be the one deciding when we should and should not move to intermediate tyres?

Oh on the positive the latest set up that I now love on my Mazda Furai seems to be perfect for the wet weather at Suzuka aswell! Very satisifed with that :D

See I just had a race then, 30 laps around Suzuka. On lap 20 my driver pits without me knowing as I was on me laptop, puts the intermediates on even though the next pitstop was set to rain, and then, a couple of laps later, my driver spins it around coming out of the corner before that straight that leads down to 130R, so I pit him straight away and want to get him in Rain tyres again, by the time my car went in to pit, I'd lost an entire second's lead thanks to those intermediates!

On that pit stop, lap 25, I went onto Rain tyres whilst the rest of the field went on to Hard Dry tyres, well, I was worrying on lap 25 about losing the race right at the end after losing that big lead, by lap 26 I was laughing! The AI was everywhere, the cars in second and third were doing sychronized spinning which was nice, anyway, I won by two minutes lol! Gained a minute just in one lap lol! Most annoying thing was that the game was trying to bring my driver in to put me on hard tyres even though they clearly weren't working!

Surely there is something wrong with that? The game should know that it is still raining surely? Anyway, LOL! at that very poor decision and relief! on my part for making the right decision! :D
