As you should have noticed by now, B-Spec is more advanced than A-Spec in terms of events.
B-Spec gets more laps and gets affected by fuel and tyre wear in the Extreme series.
What 's your opinion on this?
I personally think that this should be the other way round, but some people like B-Spec and the idea of being a manager.

I like b spec for grinding cash and exp ... just saying

Plus its easier to watch b spec than to race it

I bought a racing game to race.
B-Spec is a nice little feature, but I definitely enjoy racing myself than watching one.

If you just use B-spec for grinding then ofcourse it's no fun, but if you try to immerse yourself by using a car that isn't much better than the competition you end up rooting for Bob and it turns sometimes even more exciting than a football game.

wish it was co-op, and have you checked out the remote races wish we could have those events; pick a race and you get a random car. Would add another dimension to the GT experience(JMT)

Plenty of folks complain how long it takes to go up levels, so I would think that at least having the A-Spec (non-Endurance) events with less laps at least means it takes less time to repeat any necessary events.

Plus, there's the Licenses, Seasonal Events and Special Events. I would think that there's more "driving" than "watching" in the game - the way it should be! (And I say that as someone who plays the 🤬 out of B-Spec and actually likes it.)

Peace...

Its very bad.
The fact that i see people say "its good for grinding and cash without trying" just worries me when I read it coming from "gamers".

It should be integrated with A-Spec as optional!

it's ok for the whole remote racing thing...gives Bob something to do besides surf the net for nekkid pictures all day when I'm at work.

For the life of me I still don't understand why tire wear and fuel wasn't an option for all the races.

But yes, I agree that A-Spec races should be longer. As you said, I bought the game to race, not watch the computer race twice as long as me.

Yes yes yes!! Good job for pointing that out, i would rather be the person doing the extra laps that b-spec has to do, i mean a-spec is half of what b-spec is, it is downrighf awful. Not only that, but i wish the competition was stiffer, even with a car similiar to the pack, i still smash them. And don't even get me started on the lack of cars on 24 bour le-mans and nurburgring. I agree the shoe should be on the other foot, a-spec should have atleast the same amount of laps as b-spec, and should thus recieve more prize money.

Exactly. Better to have it and not want to play it then to not have it and wish something was there.

Given that it's almost an exact copy of A-spec and all that, it couldn't possibly take up much space on the disc. It's a neat little feature to play with if you don't really feel like racing at the moment. Also good for making money if you don't want to race the same race over and over yourself.

I'd love to be able to race all the B-spec races myself. Given that the have more laps and some actual restrictions they're better than A-spec.

Sometimes more laps are needed because bob isn't always the best driver.

Oh so they wanted to prolong the agony for people? :p

B-Spec getting "more" features makes it feel like they're forcing it on you.

"Oh hey look, this is more emmersive because your tyres wear out in an extra 3 races but it's still not enough to actually require a pit-stop!"

Poor. And I agree with the poster above who wondered why tear wear/fuel use isn't turned on in all races.

Remote racing is for grinding. B-Spec is for managing. Both are enjoyable for the simple fact you can watch a race. Tell me you don't like watching racing and I'll assume you don't really like motorsports. Me? I don't care about the car list or Standard cars at all. I only drive Premium cars if I can help it. So, I also use B-Spec to use standard cars. And finally, if you don't like a feature of a game, no one is forcing you to use it.

I find that quite odd. That fact that I can use racing softs for every event before the endurance races, just makes it too easy and predictable. What happened to that challenge of pitting for tires during a crucial championship race?

B-spec is a complete waste of time. Had PD taken the time and resources that went into B-spec and put them into A-spec, maybe so many people wouldn't be disappointed...
