B-Spec Improvements?

Hello all,

I haven't played GT5 in probably over a year, sold it but am looking to reacquire it. I really liked the idea of B-Spec but like most of you, it became a chore and more infuriating than fun even on higher level drivers.

My question is, with all these updates that have been released; has there been any updates to this mode that have improved it? Do you still have to ultra micro-manage or do the Bobs have enough common sense now? Also is there anyway to switch to a different view like in GT4 and use 3x speed or anything? I miss that feature so much.

B-spec is divided in to 3 sections now.

Offline.
Races Were You unlock cars and level up your driver. For the OTHER more important primary modes.

B-spec online
Called GT anywhere at release, called B-spec remote racing every were else.

THIS IS THE CORE CHALLENGE.

This is what the B-spec ofline has been practising for.
Racing your AI with up to 15 other PSN ID users AI that you choose. You have set up your AI. now can he actualy win when you race them with other HUMAN set up AI.
These events change When PD want to change them. They are seasonal.
This was planned for Day 1 release. Server Problems delayed it.
This is all about how well your driver is set up. The AI has total freedom to drive how it likes. But car choice and grid position are the PS3 choice


B-spec PP and regulation limited seasonals.
This is very new. Now there is one event online that have PP regulation added.

But PD still dont block cheating, Its again up to you to play fair or not.
Choosing a different car class for events than what the AI drivers are driving will over power the AI, resulting in a 100% win.
But because theres a PP limit the Prize in credits is higher.
The easier the event, the lower the pay out still.
Any changes to make it easier DOES result in LOWER payout. As seen buy the race meant for level 10 400pp race.

Dont cheat = interesting fair races.

You have allways been able to alter the camera. The dynamic out side view for B-spec continues again with multi views for the track.
Standard cars have a poor internal camera now.
If they added x3 they would reduce the prize fund as well any way. The game is built to take a set number of hours to finish B-spec.
