B spec Legit?

So I B spec'd for a while before getting bored with it. I just couldn't get the feel for how to improve a teams skills, which should be the point right? Other than having to properly challenge the drivers to get them in a good mood, the whole thing seems kind of random, other than some drivers are better than others. I tried to train a driver up in B spec offline then see if my training did any good, but nope. Is there anyone out there who can tell me this game is deeper and more interesting than just grinding away for cash? What am I missing? I want to like it.

You are supposed to find this out your self.
Thats the hole point of being the manager of upto six B-spec drivers.
Your suppossed to watch Hot drivers and learn what makes them Hot and not a cool driver.
That way when you get to create the new driver You can select the stats You want. so your saying you can't figure it out and want the short cuts.

lol The Level up rate is fixed per level
After there inital stat selection is done Its fixed.

HOT drivers increase pace faster in race but make more mistakes. but drive slower when cool.
So you have worked out what COOL driver does. yep Drives faster when cool but takes longer to increase pace. on average makes less mistakes.
The other stats are simple the the higher the better.
Speed bar is made up of the three other stats,
with out a high enough speed bar they will not go round corners fast enough.

When driver stamina runs out they drive slower and increase mistakes but Its not every corner or every lap but they will make more mistakes.
Including getting fuel and tire usage wrong.

Bspec offline Was only for practice and unlocking cars.

B-spec Remote racing is were the challenge was supposed to be from day one release.
But was delayed
Have you created a better driver that on average will win more credits than your friends. or are you gambling on the Super car to get a win while avoiding the lemon
Or are you going to gamble on the random grid lucky draw in Nascar event but for a lower prize.

I liked it because my racers usually had interesting races, and that my racers had tendencies....even though they won it took them forever to rank up even after doing some endurance races but i find it interesting

HAHA. Did not read the magic text first time. Too dumb I guess. Got it now and HAHA. I was right, just a random offering. Guess I could keep firing my worst driver waiting for that Phenom. Not.
Whats the point if the drivers within the same team can't even push each other to become better? Little Tip. When your best driver goes on a slump some day, just put b-spec down for a couple weeks. Come back and he will be fine.
