B-Spec Leveling up question

Is it possible to have any of my B-spec drivers leveled up by someone else ? If yes, how can this be done? Also, why would someone spend time leveling up MY driver(s) ?

Yeah, it's possible doing Remoted Races.

In your Community -> YOURPSNID -> Remote races.

You can share your b-spec drivers and people organise b-spec races putting your drivers. You can do the same organising races, 1 is your own driver and the other 15 are of your friends.
